Refund & Returns Policy

We want you set up to work. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns, refunds and replacements work.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items. UK/EU consumers also have statutory cancellation rights, which this policy does not reduce.
2. Unopened items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund of the product price. Start a return by contacting support@olkente.shop.
3. Opened items and safety products
Opened items may be returned if unused and resalable. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened safety and protective equipment (such as unsealed goggles, masks or ear protection) cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping. You do not pay return shipping for our error or a fault.
5. Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping and we recommend a tracked service. For faulty, damaged or mis-shipped items, we cover return shipping.
6. Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a claim. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
7. Bench Club membership
Membership is billed per period. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period and unused allowances are not refundable. Membership fees for a completed period are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. How to start a return
Email support@olkente.shop with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
