Terms of Service

Olk Bench sells consumer-grade hand and power-tool accessory kits and workbench organisation systems as physical retail goods, plus an optional Bench Club membership. We do not sell industrial machine tools or heavy machinery, and we do not provide on-site construction, installation or repair services.

Tools carry a risk of injury. You must follow the instructions supplied with each product, wear appropriate protection (eye, ear and dust protection as relevant), and keep hands clear of moving, edged or striking parts. Installation, use and maintenance of any powered or live components is at your own responsibility. Keep tools away from children. Anyone aged 13–17 must have adult supervision when using tools.

Olk Bench sells general-purpose hand tools, power-tool accessories and organisation products only. We do not sell weapons, ammunition, hunting equipment or blades intended for use as weapons. Products must not be modified or used to cause harm. Bits and accessories are supplied without a power-tool motor or battery unless a listing states otherwise.

All prices are shown and charged in USD. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Title and risk in goods pass to you on delivery.

Bench Club is a recurring subscription that adds member pricing and service benefits to your purchases. It is not a credit balance, stored value or cash equivalent. Consultation and service allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, and unused allowances are not refunded. Billing renews automatically until cancelled.

Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your use of the site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. The Bench Builder and any guidance we provide are informational only — see the Bench Builder Disclaimer.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for misuse of tools, failure to follow supplied instructions or safety guidance, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

You must be at least 18 to hold an account and pay, or 13–17 with a parent or guardian's consent. Registration is not permitted under 13.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
